VLC 2.1.6 https not work?

I have a VLC 2.1.6 and open a https of youtube, but if I want open a https on server not work.

Open a https on server connected in lan with vlc.

Insert correct links with https:// ecc + click open
Vlc says site not secure, I click accept the certificate.
Next says unamble to open MRL ... this is the debug message:
