Hello

Anyone knows how to change the buffering time , because sometimes I have problems playing streaming files , thank so much .

I am not sure, isnt it the "Caching"-Option on the first page (at the bottom) at the "Open"-Dialog ?

If you go to preferences, enable advanced options, Input / Codecs, Access Modules and then HTTP/HTTPS and perhaps UDP/RTP and increase the cache size. Make sure to save and restart VLC.
