I updated to iOS 9.1. After updating and restarting, VLC app is shown as "installing", but never completes.
I have tried restarting the update several times but I get the same result every time. I also tried to delete the app from my iPad home screen but this didn't work either.
The app shows it was updated yesterday (Oct. 21 2015) so this is presumably an iOS 9.1 build.
Suggestions? Thanks.
