The latest Trunk (3.0) installer for Windows is broken.
It installs but VLC does not load saying it is missing plugins.
The installation directory is full of source files and folders.
Has been broken for at least a month if not longer.

The ZIP works fine here. I have never tried the EXE installer.

Another user said that the last known working Trunk installer EXE was: vlc-3.0.0-git-20150905-0003-win64.exe
