Redirecting VLC to a specific Graphic card port

Hello,
I am using VLC to play a video file to a device that has a HDMI port for video input. The device is connected to one of the HDMI port on my PC and I would like to use command line to tell VLC to play a file to this device,
instead of playing video on the monitor. I read the documentation on VLC wiki page but did not find anything.
Any help would be appreciated,
