Add 2 tracks of subtitle on VLC

I think it will be a big improvement to allow the superposition of 2 tracks of subtitle.
For example I'm french and I want to learn english, with english subtitles on the top of screen and french on the bottom. Is it possible to add this option in the contextual menu of subtitle? (option "Track 1 and 2 selected" or "track 2 and 1 selected", the difference between both is the screen position)?
