VLC 2.2.1 DVD playback pauses and skips

Hello, i have a problem playing a DVD created with Sony DVD Architect Pro 6. It's Toccata et Lux from 2015. Video and Audio freezes at a specific time position about 20 seconds and continues as if nothing had happend but skipped the last 20 Seconds.
This happens about 5 times during the whole Disc.
The DVD plays without problems in Windows Mediaplayer12, Apple DVD Player, Standalaoneplayer Denon 3313, Pioneer AVIC 940(Car DVD). The Source Video was a H264 .mov file in 1920x1080 25p, the DVD is Mpeg2 Pal 720x576 50i .

May demux and remux help? What tools should I use.
or
Do I have to remaster with another Software (which one does work well )

And a last Question (maybe should start anoter Topic)How do I integrate isrc's in DVD Video and Bluray?
