Fixed in 2.2.1 for all platforms.

Re: VLC 2.2.0 - File Associations - Error C++
with 2.2.0 the crash happened just by clicking on Set associations.
now with 2.2.1 it happens only when I change some associations, clicking on botton Save (see photo above), and then I close vlc and I go the crash.
therefore I said that 2.2.1 *partially* solved the issue.
