VLC browser plugin horizontal slider wont move for AVI, DIVX & MOV filteypes
The VLC browser plugin plays movies fine in both Firefox & Chrome. However for filetypes AVI, DIVX & MOV, the horizontal slider wont let me jump ahead to a different point in the movie. The horizontal slider works fine for movie filetypes FLV, MPEG & WMV. Is anyone else seeing this issue? How to fix?

It's because they are served over HTTP?
