Directshow/VFW/ACM input plugins

I would like to suggest directshow and/or vfw input plugins for video and an acm input plugin for audio under Windows platforms. They could be placed lowest on VLC's priority so that they are only used if none of VLC's other internal codec plugins can decode the incoming video or audio streams.
