redundancy with VLM

Question about redundancy

Hello is it possible to create redundancy with vlm, lets say I have same content with two different multicast group for examle, 239.11.11.11 and 239.10.10.10. Both groups going to one PC and I want to using VLM to say that group 239.11.11.11 is primary and when she came - all is OK, but when group stops to came on interface want to restream 239.10.10.10 as 239.11.11.11 until main group came back. Is that possible with VLM or some other VLC software.
