Google Drive interface showing all files

I have recently downloaded the latest version of VLC for iOS and linked up both Dropbox and Google drive. When I navigate to the Google drive interface it shows all my files, even ones that have been deleted/removed from Google Drive! The videos that have been removed are still playable. I have checked both the folder on my computer and the online interface and the files are not there. Any thoughts?

Probably a bug in Google Drive. We just list what the server tells us so if the server tells us that the file is there, we show and play it..

Please ask Google. We can't know, we just display stuff..

So, I was going to contact Google tonight to see if they had any sort of idea about what the problem could be. First, I thought I would poke around on the online interface a bit once more. Did you know Google Drive has a Trash? Yeah, I didn't. I thought once it was deleted, it was permanently deleted from the drive, but not so! Once I emptied it, VLC didn't show the files any more...

Thought I should broadcast my foolishness here in case anyone else ever runs into the problem. Thanks for the help, ya'll!
