VLC 2.2.0+ RC or NIghtlies Build with Samba access plugin

Hi,
I've tried to install different versions of VLC 2.2.0, candidates releases (RC1/RC2) or nightly build (win32), but none of those versions has the plugin to access Samba share (the file plugins/access/libaccess_smb_plugin.dll normally present in the stable 2.1.5 release).

I have some particular constraints and I need to use a VLC 2.2.0+ to play file on a Samba filesystem: my application use VLCJ 3.0.0+ framework that implements Equalizer API compatible only with VLC 2.2.0+.

Can anybody help me ? I need I VLC 2.2.0+ with libaccess_smb_plugin.dll

Why do you want an access_smb_plugin on an OS that supports that by default?
