Issues about Frame-rate low

Postby fptquangngai » 25 Jan 2015 04:25

Hello everybody.

I have various mkv's that I generate myself, they generally have low frame-rates and non-standard (i.e. variable) frame rates.

MPC-HC playes them fine

VLC in both Win and Linux does not, either playing only some frames, playing for a bit then stopping etc.... Also the timeline is all over the place.

Tested in Latest (2.1.5) Not exactly what other data would be useful.

I can send an example file to anybody who would like a look.

Thanks

It's well-known that VLC sucks with low frame rates. Don't expect any improvements until someone who cares pays someone to fix it. This is far from trivial.
