2.1.5 .mkv files volume control problems

Postby leftkidney » 11 Jan 2015 11:22

all .mkv files I have the volume control doesent work if I use the mouse wheel on screen or if its on the control interface it still doesent control the volume

if I try to change the volume while the mouse is on the video playback it will only move it up or down by 10 points but it has no effect on the level

if I use the mouse on the actual control interface it will move all the way up and down but again it has no effect on the level of the sound

this happened after I recently updated to the 2.1.5 I think before I was using 2.0 it was likely installed sometime around July 2014 so whatever version that was it worked fine

I have looked at all the settings and still nothing, anyone help please

I tried that it didnt matter it still does this and also it "steals" the audio that is to say it is the only audio playing when I am playing those files

however 2.1.0 works fine so I will just stick with that

I have reset preferences and it didnt matter cuz I havent changed anything to do with audio anyways just the delay of the OSD and popup bar but like I said 2.1.0 works fine so I guess I am sticking with that for now
