playing rtmp error handling

Postby MarkO » 03 Jan 2015 23:41

Is there a way to terminate VLC if the rtmp tcp connection to the server is lost? I've tried --play-and-exit and vlc://quit, but while either works when playing via an http tcp connection, neither seems to work when playing via an rtmp tcp connection. I'm using 2.1.5 on Windows 7.
