ts demux: lost synchro

Hi,
I want to submit a VLC playback problem report. The issue appears equally in the pure VLC player and in the Android app I programmed. The Android box I use runs Android-Version 4.2.2. The VLC Version is the most common one (fresh download from today). The same holds for the libvlc version:

core libvlc: VLC media Player - 3.0.0-git Vetinari
core libvlc: revision 2.2.0-git-1060-g6e2f490

I have several TS files downloaded to the Android box. It usually plays them within VLC and my app without any problems. However, once I play one specific file past a certain percentage of about 21% progress, all pictures and sound get totally disrupted.

Playing this file using Windows VLC does not show any problems.

Using my app, I can see the following (many times repeating) error messages:

ts demux: lost synchro
ts demux: skipping 124 Bytes of garbage
ts demux: discontinuity received 0x7 instead of 0x4 (pid=69)
ts demux: lost synchro
...
