Equalizer of VLC?

Postby hlk123 » 11 Nov 2014 11:01

Hello

I read an article "Audio Mixing to Improve the Clarity of Speech" that by boosting the high-frequencies of audio-part a bit, I can make the speech (of a movie) more understandable.

Something like an equalizer in VLC.

How can I do it with VLC? Thanks.

Update: I find the solution.
Menu -> Tools -> Effects and Filters.

@Rémi Denis-Courmont

I don't understand your answer. What do you mean with "equalization UI"?
I should boost the 1KHz to 5KHz range for improving intelligibility and clarity.
With tools->effects and filters ... I can do that ...(?)
