How to save each streamed Song in a separate file?

Hello!

I record Webradio for some hours a day. When I listen to streamed Songs, the name of each Song is shown in the title bar. When I listen to a recorded file, not each Song name but the file name is shown for the whole recorded file (e.g. vlc-record-2014-09-20-20h26m30s-Artist - Song name.mp3) How can I save each streamed Song in a separate file? For example, when the Song name in the title bar changes the media player shall record a new file.
