VLC and Viooz

Can I watch, not download moves found on Viooz?
Searched web for info..unable to understand.
Can't find a simple yes, no, or tutorial
Tried searching VLC posting about Viooz, no joy.

In simple terms please:

I don't want to use Adobe Flash if possible.
