Cover art

Postby yabbah » 18 Aug 2014 20:04

Hi, just started to use VLC for iOS on my iPad. But one thing I can't find out, how can I change so I can use cover arts when browse in movie section?
My kids cant read and have learned to choose movie from cover art in XMBC on my Mac Mini.

Regards

Regrettably, this is not supported in UPnP mode yet except for the small icons at the beginning of each row.

I dont understand what you mean. I dont use uPnP, I have copied the movies to the iPad using filesharing in iTunes.

Ah, sorry, I got you wrong.

VLC for iOS does not support artwork. It creates its own thumbnails from the media you sync and there is no way to suppress it at this point.

Okey, thanks for that information. In the future, I lovely see it support the built-in cover-art as well :)
