vlc 2.1.2 compile with VS2005/2008/2010

This is VLC 2.1.2 for Visual Studio.

I always hope it help to study VLC.

I feel good this version, I work with new gcc version of 4.7.3 and vlc-contrib-i686-w64-mingw32-20131111.tar.bz2.

But this has problem.

When it finished, it has bug.

I'm sorry about that.

This is URLs for vlc compile with 2.1.2.
gcc version is 4.7.3(i686-w64-mingw32).
contrib is vlc-contrib-i686-w64-mingw32-20131111.tar.bz2.
Include Windows 7 SDK and DXSDK_Jun10.exe(DirectX).

Well, thanks to you, we've improved our vlc.git support for VS.

We hope to manage to compile the whole VLC with VS2013 update1
