TV-OUT/Airplay on VLC 2.3.0 + Network streaming.

Started using the airplay feature on VLC for the first time to stream a E3 stream. It works on the phone itself flawlessly. But pressing airplay on the player or on iOS menu just plays the audio on Apple TV and the video doesn't transfer over, video plays on the iPhone itself and the apple tv is a like a speaker.

Is this a bug on VLC or iOS?
