New skin - WMP12 Aspirations

Bonjour Jean-Baptiste, Hello folks ...

I've just finished updating and extensively modifying another VLC golden oldie.

I'm calling it "WMP12 Aspirations"

Thanks for the recommendation Jean-Baptiste.

Unfortunately, it's in the "beta" stage and still going through some small changes.
I've added a couple of fun features since 6/1 and just started working on another minor alteration.

It will likely be in a "release candidate" condition by 7/1 ...
(Any suggestions or bug reports will be welcomed)

I just tried uploading "WMP12 Aspirations" to the VideoLan website ...
but, got the following error message:

For what it's worth ...
I just finished beta testing the "WMP12 Aspirations" and during the last month, it received a number of changes and enhancements.
And finally, it's in a release candidate condition.

BTW, I've noticed no skins have been accepted by the Videolan website for the last 3 1/2 years.
On the Videolan "Skins" page it says:

You have made a new skin and want to share it?
Please Upload it and fill out the form.
As soon as "one webmaster" has checked it, it will be displayed on this page.

My condolences and best wishes to the family and friends of that one webmaster.
