TRAC - TICKET_CREATE error

Good morning. I'm trying to create a new ticket in TRAC but it returns this error:


TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation. You don't have the required permissions.


I created my user through Trac itself, not OpenID or anything else. I believe it's an "authenticated" user as I've added notes to other tickets in the past which means I have the TICKET_MODIFY permission. I couldn't find a help/contact link on Trac, so I'm looking for help here.

My Trac user is dan_wheeler

Could someone fix this?
