could you tell me how to enable Vlc context menu 0.8 by Helga Tauscher in Windows XP, Mozilla

Downloaded, installed, enabled and right clicking the link does nothing

ok, Vlc context menu started to work
for wav files in the following directory
file:///c:/WINDOWS/Media/
