Can you create multiple start/stop times per track?

I want to create a playlist with multiple tracks that each have a start and stop time. But I want one of the
the tracks to have multiple start and stop times. Is this possible?

Thanks for the reply, but I already how to create a playlist with tracks having start and stop times.
Here's what I am trying to do:
Create a playlist of Jedi fight scenes from all the Star Wars movies and have them play randomly.
Here is the problem. In episode 1 the second darth maul fight scene is divided into 3 little pieces. I want all 3 of those pieces to play as 1 track.
