VLC plays next file automatically

I had this issue earlier as well & some how found a solution online but this time I ain't that lucky & I don't remember how I prevented it from repeating.

What currently happens is.. when file completes its run time, it opens up the previously opened up file(s). I don't want that to happen, I just want the player to stop playing anything once the run time is completed. I would appreciate some help regarding this issue.

In case its essential... I have Windows 7, with 4GB RAM.
