1/4 of Video Displaying

Hey guys,

I capture gaming footage using my Hauppauge HD PVR and when capturing from my PS3, it captures the footage just fine.

When I try to play it using VLC, it only shows the upper-left corner of the video. It plays fine in Adobe Premiere and shows the entirety of the screen there but in VLC it's super zoomed in to that one quadrant. File type is .mp4 if you're curious.

Any ideas? I tried messing with some settings but nothing changed the original resolution.
