Looking For Video Router...

I am researching for a project I am considering taking on that include WebRTC.

So, I know WebRTC can do conferencing of a few users at most before an MCU is needed.

I have researched Open Source MCU's. I know that the MCU introduces some latency and other
interference.

Just today I was reading about a video router. It sounds like a better way to go rather than an MCU.

So, does anyone know of an open source video router?

And excuse me if this is not the right place to be asking this. I'd appreciate if you pointed me in
a better direction.
