loading *.ass file disrupted normal subtitle function

Postby phanero2012 » 20 Dec 2013 04:58

I tried loading an *.ass subtitle file for an mp4 today and it overwrote something an now any movie with an embedded subtitle gives an error and won't work. I tried updating the player, and resetting the preferences, but it still is messed up. Can anyone help me fix this?
