2.1.1 keeps repeating music

When I am streaming music from an internet radio station and the session ends and then stops streaming, 2.1.1 keeps repeating the last few bars of music over and over. I previously reported how the interface no longer remembers the last settings for the size of the interface, and now this? When you upgrade, it is really annoying to have to deal with new problems that weren't there before. Until these issues (Windows 7 - using the 32-bit vlc) gets resolved, I will try 2.0.8.

N.B. After deleting 2.1.1 and then installing 2.0.8, both of those issues are blissfully gone!

DO you have any loop/repeat on?

I have also been having the same issue as craigwf... I have no loop or repeat "on" and have also reset all settings back to default and still encounter the same issue.

I decided to try craigwf's idea and installed 2.0.8 and can confirm that the problem is gone. When will there be a fix/solution for this problem? It occurs on all builds from 2.0.9 onwards.

"the same issue"? It's already quite complex to understand what his issue is... How can you be sure you have the same?

The undesired loop is not always in the same interval.

Ok, I playing a stream.
But I also have the problem with undesired loops.
Should I open a new thread?
