Subtitles - Bad File Descriptor

Postby geronimo427 » 11 Jul 2013 22:34

I am a novice at using VLC media player. Every once in awhile when I load a movie and load its' subtitles, I get a flag stating "Bad File Descriptor" for the subtitles. It also states to refer to a log. Can the subtitles be repaired? Where is the log located?

Usually the cause is that something else is opening the file.
