Custom Module loading

Postby ccube » 29 Nov 2013 17:36

Hi folks,
I am wondering about hot to load a vlc module, I downloaded from internet, or compiled by myself without copying to /usr/lib/vlc/ dir.
I would expect, that there is a path within my home folder where VLC looks at, but I cannot find a guide or sth, how to acive this.

Is there any solution?

Thank you! :)

No, currently VLC only looks in /usr/lib/vlc/plugins/
