I love you guys and your wonderful video player

Just wanted to say I love you guys and your wonderful little piece of software you guys put out.

I love how 3-4 years ago, all I had to do was pop open my DVD tray push it in, hit run VLC and my DVD actually played! I love even more though now, how your program decides, so it seems, to work, or not work, whenever the flying --please stay polite-- it seems to want to. Because I can watch Star Trek Nemesis, with not a single hic-cup, go to watch Star Trek 5, and wham won't open VLC. Or Wham, want open file, or wham, freeze, or worse, wham stututututututututututuuttttttttttererererererererer video and sound. Then go right back to the DVD that worked for the entire duration, and low and behold the same issue that were preventing me from watching ST5, are now in St Trek N, even though the movie played through its entirety without issue.

I love the fact that now, in the 21st century, in 2013, I have to spend 15-20 minutes before I settle into a movie, trying to get the piece of --please stay polite-- software to work just so I can watch the movie, only to get so frustrated with the software, that I'm close to swearing off life and money and spending the rest of my time pursuing these guys till one of us dies.

For TL;DR, I love you guys and your software!
