VLC Player Starts Audio At Track 10

VLC Player Starts Audio At Track 10

Postby TomBrooklyn » 08 Nov 2013 04:51

How can I make my VLC player start playing audio tracks at Track 1.

Currently, it starts all audio disks at Track 10; it goes to the highest numbered track, and then to Track 1. I have never played a disk with more than 19 tracks.

Apparently, it thinks 10, 11, 12...19 come before 1, 2, 3....

- The player does not have any way I can find of determining the version number.
- This happens on a Linux Ubuntu OS on a Lenovo Thinkpad 400.
- This occurs from Compact Disks or from playlists or albums on the hard drive.

I have the exact same problem on the same laptop, but I'm running Linux Mint 17. Have you solved the problem?
