MxPEG videos (Mobotix Cameras) don't play in VLC 2.1.0

Postby rafaware » 24 Oct 2013 15:36

Hi all

I'm think something went wrong with latest VLC release playing MxPEG clips

http://wiki.videolan.org/MxPEG

I'm testing all the options with VLC 2.1.0 (Linux, Windows, Console, Gui, ...) and there is no way to reproduce a MxPEG streaming from a Mobotix Camera (or a sample video)

When I open the stream, nothing happens in VLC Media Player. When I open a video, I have corrupted images

Is it still valid ":ffmpeg-format=mxg" option?

Thanks in advance
