Subtitle Workshop (SW) problem

Higays,I'm new here, and have this boring problem with Subtitle Workshop, allversions (2.51, 2.51 portable, 4.0 b1)with tape bellow the subtitles

and I have this in SW settings

It's interesting how subtitle looks when Force using regionsis checked, then is no tape bellow, bat subtitle looks strange

I suspect on K-Lite codec Pack, 10.05, which is (latest version)instaled on my lap. I run XP Pro SP3.
Please somebody help me to fix this.
