Weirdest albumart

Weirdest albumart

Some tracks I've made (and quite possibly, tagged or tried to tag with a program called MP3tag, to add albumart) - never showed the proper album art, but now two of these suddenly showed the following pictures;

where on earth could these have came from? I have to be honest, I was kind of flabbergasted by this.
