marq does not display vlc 2.2.0

I used :sout=#transcode{vcodec=h264,venc=x264{crf=20},soverlay,sfilter=marq,width=1280,acodec=mpga,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=44100}:http{mux=ts,dst=:8080/} :sout-keep

any ideas why its not working i have set the txt in the gui

when i set the default port it keeps picking 8080

vlc-2.2.0-20130808-0003

any latest version than this it will crash when i change x264 setting

To help you, we need messages, to completely understand what your problems is.
To fix this, please be sure before you start the playback to:

1. Open: Tools -> Messages.
2. Set Verbosity to 2
3. Start playback to reproduce your issue
4. Save text in a file or copy into clipboard

Also don't forget to name your Operating System and provide the VLC media player version.
