Saving adjustments of the equalizer

Hello,
I beg you a new feature.
Each video may require an own adjustment of the equalizer. I beg you just the possibility to save an individual adjustment for each video. For example, if the video is "Music1.flv" then the corresponding adjustment could be saved in "Music1.equ".

I propose this functioning of VLC:
- if the video has already its corresponding ".equ" file, then VLC automatically applies the adjustment of ".equ" to the video
- if the video hasn't a corresponding ".equ" file, then VLC automatically sets the equalizer to the default
- in any case and in any moment the user can change the adjustment of the equalizer and saving it

I'd like to see that as well. maybe just a way to save any adjustments I make. I think I have asked that in here as well. I take it that saving the preset would be a function of the plugin that handles this? So we would have to ask the person who made that plugin, are they still around?

That would be fantastic. I watch a lot of music videos. Both new as well as vintage. The new ones usually almost always have DTS 5.1 and the older ones (ie: The Doors or early Stones vids etc) only come as PCM stereo or AAC stereo and require EQ adjustment just to make them sound respectable.

If not, maybe multiple 'saved EQ' profiles where HotKeys can be used

Yes, I would like to be able to save an equalizer profile as well.
Instead of having to do the tweaking every time I open the music file.

this would be a great time saving feature! as of now i am having to reset the equalizer each and every time i start vlc.
i am disabled and use a mouthstick to operate my pc so this added feature would definitely make vlc much more user friendly!
