Can not scrub or scan in VLC player
I have this video I'm trying to skip to middle. In VLC player, when I drag the scrubber or slider to somewhere in middle, it won't scrub but instead, it takes me back to the very beginning of the movie. This is annoying. It works fine in Gom player or Quicktime player. Is there a way to fix this?
