Best options for PackardBell Mini

Any preference suggestions for VLC 2.0.7 Twoflower on PackardBell Mini Intel 743 1,30ghz 3gb ram 32bit operating system on x64 based processor?
Having problems with AVI, VMW, 720p, 1080p files

Enable hardware acceleration, decrease video and audio quality, skip the loop filter, etc... You can find all the options in VLC advanced preferences.

Can you specify the settings? Enable hardware acceleration and skip the loop filter done but it still seems not ok.
