VLC 2.0.1 not closing after uPnP

Am having a intermittent issue with VLC Player 2.0.1 not closing/exiting properly after uPnP interaction. This is whether browsing content in playlist or playing content off Serviio v0.6.2 DLNA server on local LAN.

Have tried with Win7 32 & 64 bit and OSX Lion 32 & 64 bit versions. In Win7 the UI closes but sometimes process still remain in Task Manager. In OSX UI just freezes until one Forces the app to close.

Anyone else experiencing this?
