Franco nero New Order Image b4 movie starts

How do I remove this image? When I play movie with VLC this image pop up. Then it goes away. But it happens very time I use VLC. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Assuming you're running Windows, delete the whole %appdata%\vlc folder.

I did. The folder and the Franco image came back.
