What do you mean, to hear stereo the left channel for example?

Well, I want this feature too, as I said. We should create a ticket, which is like a official request that you do in a VLC web, don't know exactly the name. The BIG problem is that I don't know how to subscribe to a ticket. It's supposed that if you subscribe to a ticket, it gets more priority.

I guess that if you want this feature, you'd also like to see implemented the "AB loop" feature and a "pitch shifter" or changer, so if you know how to subscribe to them, do it please, cuz I think they are really needed in VLC.
