Create a DVD from a VIDEO_TS folder

I am running an iMac with OS X 10.8. I just downloaded via BitTorrent and it saved the movie files in a folder named (MovieName)/VIDEO_TS. Is there a way to convert this to a file that can be save to a DVD and then played on a "normal" VCR player? Thanks in advance.
