trying to send non-dated packet to stream output!

there is error message from vlc while I use vlc205 to change udp multicast input to http stream:
input: udp multicast mux=ts, video H264, audio aac
no transcode
output: http mux=ts,
vlc -vvv udp://@233.18.206.3:5140 --sout "#http{mux=ts,dst=:1111/aaa}"

I get black screen when I use another vlc to play the sout output

open vlc message with "warning" level. then get below:
