Hi, could you please pastebin the VLC debug logs? Instructions can be found here: http://wiki.videolan.org/Android_Report ... ssages_logWhen i try to open a VLC stream from site,it's not working.
I believe that VLC already has a notification to let you quickly switch to it while playing, if that is what you are looking for.Need control for notification bar. Thx

Hi kimh,VLC sometimes crashes, I don't know if this might be related to the Video screen timeout setting of my GT-P5113
the sound will remain playing, while the video screen goes blank. A hard reset/cool boot is the only recourse.
Try the ARMv7 build: http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/arm ... 3-0125.apki can test vlc on my captivate glide running a tegra 2 chipset. which build should i use?
We need logs to debug this; see http://wiki.videolan.org/Android_Report ... ssages_logso ive been testing v0.1 on my tegra 2 phone and it doesnt play mp4 files. the sound plays in the background and a picture will come up, but no video. It's like watching some stills with voice
ARMv7 builds for both: http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/arm ... 6-0120.apkI'd like to test VLC on my devices. I have the Nexus 7 (Tegra 3) and the Galaxy Note II (Exynos 4 Quad) on Sprint (SPH-L900). Which builds should I be using?
