Transfer VLC from one pc to another ?

Hello.
Is it possible to download VLC media player, to this pc, im on now, and transfer it to another pc that is not online.
I was thinking of downloading to this pc, and useing a disc, transfer it to my other pc, that is not online.

If i can do that, can you please tell me how to do it.

You could put the .exe you downloaded onto a data disk and burn it i guess.
Easier would be if you had a flash drive. Just put the .exe on there, take it to the other one and then run it from that computer to install it on that machine.

The trouble is,i dont know where VLC media player will go on my pc.
I already have VLC media player on this pc.
I dont know how to transfer it to a disk or flash drive
Im not very pc savvy

So i need detailed help

OK sorted.
I just clicked Search, and typed in VLC, clicked on the biggest file, and followed the instructions.
Now i have VLC on my other pc, i tryed a vid, and it plays fine,
